Entrepose Contracting Acquires HDI

Entrepose Contracting, a contractor specializing in the design and construction of turnkey projects in the oil, gas and energy sectors, announced the acquisition of Horizontal Drilling International (HDI) by Spiecapag, its 100% subsidiary. HDI specializes in horizontal directional drilling and was founded in 1984 in Paris.
